Besan – ½ cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Ghee – ⅓rd cup
Water- ½cup

roast besan in ghee till it turns aromatic and gets liquid texture. At this point add ½ cup of water and 1 cup of sugar with a pinch of cardamom powder and cook till it leaves edges. turn off the flame and put the mixture in a greased plate or bowl. let it cool and cut in desired shape. our besan barfi is ready.
